Strongly suspect he's trying to list things in his field of vision. Just for the record, those aren't the words, and it's not supposed to take you 20 minutes to get to the delayed recall part of the test, and you're not supposed to provide ongoing positive feedback as of to a child who just went boomboom in the toilet like a big boy.
