Arguably not the most reliable source but I called this a few weeks ago. The Corona Virus is perfect for Johnson. He can blame his incoherent waffling and lies on it, spend as much as he likes and then bail just after we officially leave the EU.
Bullet proof and the hero of the nation for getting us out. Plus the added benefit of not having to deal with any of the consequences.
