I'm taking a summer class at my local community college (differential equations) and working as a busboy at the Outback Steakhouse where my sister is a server. Fun times. I need to get back to Austin.

There's no option for pool bum, play all day, read everything that strikes my interest, go to the beach, and ferry a little girl to an insane number of gymnastics activities.

I hope to pass all exams next week, then do two reports and two oral exams during the summer, and one written at the end of august. Also, working a little and going to festivals and chilling.

They also have some of the weirdest food you are ever likely to see, I went for a buffet breakfast this morning and I'm 90% sure there was tripe on a serving plate...

In my case, SSDD adds up to sitting in the park next to the LLS, drinking BV/cokes! Possibly getting to go out of town a bit more, but not sure about that as The Friend won't be around this summer to take me places. When he does come home, about once a month, he will take me some places I'm sure. Hoping he can get some time off around Sturgis time, so I can take my annual trip there!

I've decided to learn about backyard birds this summer, and put up a couple of bird houses. One will go right by the window my cats stare out, it's like their tv.
We had some hummingbirds and a pair of bright yellow chickadees visiting, but they were eating thistle weed seed heads that I had to pull. Also some blue jays, very pretty! Suppose Chippy our chipmunk and the damn squirrels will fight for the bird seed, huh. Found a hole in the bag of misc song bird feed in the garage, the rascals had been sneaking it over the winter.
