Meh, to be fair, it is enough to provide a child with a pretty excellent birthday.

But for a shiny young go-getter like Dreadnaughty, I'd think it is an amount that would qualify as less than his entertainment budget.

Note that excellant birthday parties are a lot like entertainment budgets.
