No, I am serious about this. I think a lot of the suffering is caused by the rampant age-ism in western society. How many people are living in retirement homes, nursing homes getting all they may need physically but who never see a person besides the meals on wheels person or the care-giver who has 12 minutes 30 seconds to wash them before they have to move on to the next 'case'. And then we go and call them depressed and living a life not worth living. Now, how's that for causes and effects.Originally Posted by Nessus
