15-20% consistently voted for an anti-apartheid party; I also didn't say that the change came as a result of the actions of whites. My point was that the system broke down because of internal pressure, from all sectors of society.

I don't think the Nazi example had anything to do with it. There weren't too many critics of apartheid immediately after WWII.

I think the discrimination in those places is based on politics/security interests, not economics. No economic changes are going to fix that.
