It's his duty on the weekends. He's lucked out recently; she's been sleeping straight through 10 hrs until this last teething business which started Sunday night.

I'm sure he would do it on the weekdays occasionally too, but I sleep closer to the door and thus hear her first, so my instinct is to just jump up and get her.
