I realize it's hard to be cheery and feel comfortable enjoying yourself when things like this happen.

The words you shared were cold transactions that bring me to curse what you've done

We were just talking the other day about how Scarlett seems to be picking up a little to much from the Left 4 Dead games Brent has been playing in the livingroom. One of her games is to growl and bite (playfully) at people. Then I found this...

One of my friends recently gave birth to a baby. I'm not quite sure she'd appreciate that comparison...

... then again, she sent me a photo where the kid looks like Spock. Up to and including the hand gesture for "Live long and prosper".

We've had so many threads lately compare the anon hacking to theft, rape, murder and terrorism... So instead of crossposting in all them, I'll use this thread.

Idiot North Londoners in Tottenham decided to rampage and riot last night after a man was shot and killed by police yesterday.

I totally do not get how that is an appropriate reaction.

Seems appropriate to me... but burning civilian assets to protest police action is just so misguided it's... pathetisad. In related news, I'm pissed off at my boss, so I'm gonna go urinate on my neighbor.

    Inappropriate indeed.

Planned swoop by Operation Trident cops to arrest a man in the back of a cab - man opens fire on the cops, injuring one of them in the leg - two shots are returned by the cops killing the man instantly.

People peacefully 'protest' outside Tottenham police station about the shooting.

Peaceful protest turns nasty - petrol bombs and rocks are thrown at unprepared police.

Looting throughout parts of North London until around 5 am this morning - the police do not have the resources to tackle the looting so let it continue.

People pulling up in cars and filling them up with stolen goods - loaded shopping trolleys being pushed down the street.

    Disgusting.

Wow....I'm really surprised to see that happening there. Shows you how pathetic humans can be sometimes. I'm sure they don't even really care about the original reason for the peaceful protest anymore, just want an excuse to be destructive. It's sad, and circular. Nothing good ever comes from such actions.

Don't be such a pessimist! Some of the rioters are often wounded and/or arrested.

I'm sure they have legitimate grievances and the pig-cops are needlessly taunting them by patrolling/occupying the streets.
