I've been working out and running a coupel times a week each, and I've been enjoying. Feeling great, feeling nimble, and feeling strong. I watch a lot of youtube fitness channels: TMW (hodgetwins), Elliot Hulse (StrengthCamp), a little PoG, Mike Chang, and CT Fletcher. Nice motivation, and gives good ideas for options during training. Functional strength has been my focus (exercises that let the body work in unison).
We've made a few GALLONS of homemade tomato sauce...
Now at an apple orchard...picking your own apples, kinda Zen.

Sounds like a tasty recipe, BalticSailor.I've already made fresh-frozen salsa, diced bits, and prepared sauces. Given quite a bit to neighbors/friends. I'm amazed by the continuing dangling, ripening tomato clusters yet to pick and use...from just two original tomato plants!
