Another notch against little lewk, showing up his inhumanity, christian hypocrisy, and downright nastiness.
The criminal lost the right to life when he took in a shotgun and started robbing people. No one will weep for him. And those that do should be laughed at.

Yes, well. We are all well aware of your warped sense of criminality, humanity and reality. No discussion there.

No one will weep for him.
    Of course they will.

And those that do should be laughed at.
Yes, well. We are all well aware of your warped sense of criminality, humanity ... etc yadda blah yawn.

Same old story, as I said in response to your OP. No new discussions here. Boring. Move on.

Feel free to. No one is making you post on this thread.

    Jesus weeps for him.
Because God knows there was potential for more. However the animal chose to throw away that potential and become an enemy to humanity and God.

God probably doesn't approve of you laughing at Jesus because he weeps for a criminal.

Nope, identical responses to the last few times you have made identical threads to this one.

    There is no new discussion.

I will keep saying it as long as you keep posting it.

There was potential. But he wasted it when he chose to become a criminal. When he chose to put other lives at risk. When he chose to be a bottom feeding piece of shit.

And you don't weep for this, but instead laugh at his death- just like the sociopath everyone says you are. I'd rather this guy got killed than anyone else in the shop, but the outcome I'd prefer is for no one at all to get killed, since the guy now never has a chance to be anything other than a criminal.

Lewk gives Texans, Christians, and Conservatives a really bad reputation on this forum. But he Loves Labels, so he has to make some up for himself. Wrapped up nice and tidy, tied tight with a ribbon. Open that box, and it's empty except for a recording of chosen words, carefully edited and scripted.

    Pop goes the weazle.

I suppose it is a situation where you have competing interests.

Interest #1 - The tax payer. We would have to pay for the criminals incarceration.

Interest #2 - The criminal. Well you seem to think he should live so he has a "chance." OK fair enough that is a valid interest if you care about him.

Interest #3 - The rest of society. Odds are this criminal will strike again. He has overcome the inertia to threaten lives, abuse other people and flout the law. He is far more likely to commit more criminal acts in the future then another random citizen.

For me the interests of #1 and #3 outweigh someone who already proven to be a menace to society. Maybe you think that tax payers and other citizens are worth less then the criminal, that is your view. I am merely articulating my view that this was the happiest of all outcomes once that criminal entered the store.

  13. #73
So, if you had to pick between two scenarios:

    1) The criminal goes to the shop, tries to rob it and is killed
    2) The criminal doesn't go to the shop.

    Which do you pick?

Than. The word is than, Lewk. I am the umpteenth person to have told you this for the umpteenth time.

Final proof, if any were needed, that any discussion on criminals with Lewk follows the exact same path it always does, with the exact same results.

    Never. Anything. New.

Hey, look Lewk - an atheistic commie is being a better Christian than you are. Should be something you think long and hard about.

If the criminal doesn't do an act of crime then no he shouldn't be killed. If option 3: He doesn't go to the shop but robs a house later... then yeah I'm still hoping the guy dies somehow.

His entire system of thought is built to avoid 'thinking long and hard'. Unable to think in anything other than absolutes, black and white thinking, good people vs bad people tarring all political opponents with broad pejorative labels - all designed to avoid having to think too hard about a complex world, and find solutions to difficult problems in simplistic statements and axioms.

Even if no one dies in the robbery?

    Yes, I'm aware of that.

I just like to keep pointing out how his beliefs and feelings are in direct opposition to his professed faith, in the vain hope that one of these days he'll figure it out and drop one or the other. Granted, I've been at it for years, and whenever I nail him with the Bible (and my superior understanding of the faith, despite not having stepped inside a church in years), he runs away from the thread, never to post in it again, but... well, that's why it's a vain hope, and not a realistic one.

Hope is the denial of reality!
In the future, the Berlin wall will be a mile high, and made of steel. You too will be made to crawl, to lick children's blood from jackboots. There will be no creativity, only productivity. Instead of love there will be fear and distrust, instead of surrender there will be submission. Contact will be replaced with isolation, and joy with shame. Hope will cease to exist as a concept. The Earth will be covered with steel and concrete. There will be an electronic policeman in every head. Your children will be born in chains, live only to serve, and die in anguish and ignorance.
The universe we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil, no good, nothing but blind, pitiless indifference.

I'm happy to see some other members calling him on this. I've been doing it since I first joined AtariCC. I remember members defending him saying it was just a typo. It is too consistent to be a typo.

Dread used to do it pretty regularly also, and still slips up once in a while. We had a conversation about it long before Dread became a mod. Here is a sentence I provided to help him remember the correct usage --

It's better to have loved and lost than to have loved and then have to live with her for the rest of your life.

To be fair, the then/than thing is the very least of the problems with Lewk's posts, so you can understand why it's not generally a priority.

Lewk can't think of other people as human beings. They're either tax payers or criminals.

Makes me wonder what bedtime at the Lewkowski household looks like, other than mommy doing all the nurturing and loving while Daddy pays the bills and humps his keyboard about resource sucking scumbags and criminals.

Can we summarise your position as 'Hate the sin, kill the sinner'?

What problems? Dumb ass enters a store threatening people and trying to rob the place. He dies. Society wins. I mean really who are the losers here?

    Yep, definitely self-parody

Obligatory Lewk answer ---> guy's mother deserves a slap

EDIT: This is fruitless exercise, but I'm sure you're aware of that.

Trying to find some angle, some method, some way to eke out some pittance of rational humanity in this shell of a man. It will fail. It always does.
