Feeling a bit guilty for skipping a day of school in order to make a last call sprint for a private exams in chemistry. 140 pages, it should be managable both ways, but I wish to ensure an alright score.
Tomorrow is like an empty canvas that extends endlessly, what should I sketch on it?

My 16 year old cat is dying of kidney failure. I'll make a memorial threads with pics afterward; barring a surprise turnaround with the most recent meds, we'll put him down Monday. KOKO was literally one of a kind. Pretty much all cat lovers who met him sensed how he was exceptional. I doubt there have been many such sweet-natured creatures on this Earth. Consequently, not a survival skill in his body. But for a modern cat being a sweet creature IS a survival skill, I suppose.

  13. #1783
I'm sorry to hear it, ']['ear

But what is it with you and kidneys?
In the future, the Berlin wall will be a mile high, and made of steel. You too will be made to crawl, to lick children's blood from jackboots. There will be no creativity, only productivity. Instead of love there will be fear and distrust, instead of surrender there will be submission. Contact will be replaced with isolation, and joy with shame. Hope will cease to exist as a concept. The Earth will be covered with steel and concrete. There will be an electronic policeman in every head. Your children will be born in chains, live only to serve, and die in anguish and ignorance.
The universe we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil, no good, nothing but blind, pitiless indifference.

    Sorry Tear!

There is about 1/2 inch of white shit (snow) on the ground, and more is falling on top of it! It was supposed to be pretty nice today. Damned weathermen! They lie!

Our cat has been to the vet. She has a tumor in her nose. They think it's malign, but there is a slim change it's benign. We'll know at the end of this week, or beginning next week. If it is malign they can't operate it and soon she won't be able to breathe through her nose. And then she has to be put down

Fingers crossed for the small chance it is benign.

Almost failed my oral exams in chemistry. Reading one hour on the topic they gave me would've made a world of difference, which completely annoys me, seeing how many hours I spent on every other topic in the book.

.. Bah, I feel like taking an airplane to somewhere with snow, and just get myself high on hyperphermia.
