All joking aside....the US is anxious and on edge, thanks to gun violence. In the last week there have been evacuations of buildings and small stampedes (in Times Square and suburban malls) because of the fears.
Some asshole in Missouri thought it was a good idea to wear camouflage, body armor, and carry a "tactical rifle" in the local Walmart parking lot.
