Not the region per se but if you're a brown apparently Hispanic person born in southern Texas between 1950 and 1990 that's obviously reason enough for police to check whether your birth certificate can be traced back to someone who may have falsified a small number of the hundreds or thousands of birth certificates they were responsible for, and, if you are such a person, that's obviously reason enough to arrest you and try to get you deported just in case.Originally Posted by Ominous Gamer
