Considering how often we're all inundated by BS spouted so-called political experts, I think it's interesting to see how real political scientists think about politics: http://www.themonkeycage.org
I think people would be well-served to question the information they're being fed by the so-called experts, and try to approach politics in a more scientific manner. An "expert" saying something doesn't make it true, and two experts disagreeing about something doesn't make the topic controversial. We should expect people who make a living out of covering politics to actually provide some evidence for their assertions and not just rely on "common sense" or passing on the cliche of the day. Hopefully some of you will read the blog and realize that political "experts" to political scientists is about the same as popular science is to real science.
