Thread: Regarding Health Insurance

    Default Regarding Health Insurance

Yes boys 'n girls, it's time for another GGT poll! Come one, come all, fun for the whole family!

ps please note this wasn't intended to be a health reform debate, tho it will probably morph into that eventually. I was just rather curious to see who here speaks from actual experience or hypothetical theory.

I chose COBRA as one of my answers but the 'only' does not apply for me.

On another note, I really liked the PhpBB option to allow users to change their vote. People make mistakes and the poll should accomodate corrections.

As long as I'm a student under 24 enrolled at least 12 hours, my parents' policy covers me. For a couple months, I didn't have any insurance since I wasn't in school, though.
    Your search had no results.

My father had PKD. So even before I found that I lost the coin toss and got it myself, no insurers would cover me. Consequently I've had to ensure that I always had a job with some sort of group insurance plan.

    Didn't see

I was distracted by your bizarre use of a multiple choice poll

Your choices are not covering my situation; I live in a country with universal coverage, where I personally have to choose my insurance, and pay for it, but where I get get a discount by using the deal my employer has with one particular company. Which in the end meant I went with that option.
    Congratulations America

Same here. And after 24, I. like, Hazir, live in a country with universal coverage, but still have to choose my own insurer and pay for it. And I will most likely also get a discount by using a group deal.
Keep on keepin' the beat alive!
