    Default 1 year anniversary!

    1 year ago today I had a double nephrectomy and a kidney transplant. Yay for modern medicine!

    Now to get to bed. I've been really run down lately.

    Yes indeed. Thank you, thank you. Mostof all, thank cousin Amy, who had her belly carved open and an organ removed for me. Think about it.

    Oh, and is everybody a registered donor? A guy down the street just got his second cornea transplant (first one eye, wait a couple of months, then the other.) He was practically blind, and now he can see great. By signing up to be a donor after you die, you can save several lives.
