Yeah, now go back to the real quote and try reading it.

Done. You've not provided any quote, just argued ridiculous lines like "its not debated".
No shit Sherlock, its not debated as the Swedish position is accepted.
The problem Hazir has, as is increasingly clear, is that the euro was first and foremost a political project and not an economic one. This is where he and I started our disagreements in the other place with me curious about the economic advantages and disadvantages and wanting to make a rational choice while he even said he "did not care" about the economics and wanted it for political reasons.
The problem is that the economics have not worked. The euro and multiple member states is now failing before our eyes. The best that can be said about it is that now in, its too difficult to leave (Greece etc) or that nations are "obliged" to join but are choosing not to anyway (Sweden).
So you didn' t read it. The quote was from an answer that Rehn gave when he was nothing more than a candidate commissioner, that hardly makes his remarks the official position of the Commission (which doesn't decide in this matter anyway, it has the role of advising Eurofin on admission of memberstates to the EMU). That makes the quote totally irrelevant with regards to what the EU thinks about Sweden's reluctance, official or otherwise.

In the absence of any contradictory evidence it is totally relevant, in fact plenty of other supporting evidence by the entire EU acting as if that is correct.
EG when we started military action in Lybia a minister suggested that Gaddaffi was a target. This went against official policy so the PM had to come out and say that no he was not the target - thus setting the record straight. Had he not done that then his silence would be a tacit acceptance.
Given that it is nearly two decades since Sweden joined and they're still not in ERM2, over a decade since the Euro was launched, many years since the referendum, the quote above etc, etc - the EU has shown in both words and deeds that it accepts that it is purely Sweden's decision.
Laughable, you seriously think that there is no difference between a cabinet minister and a candidate commisioner? How desperatate are you exactly to prove that it's a waste of time to talk with you about these matters?
Congratulations America
Indeed, any evidence to support your claim doesn't exist.
