Indeed of course that all matters though there's a reason why I emphasised Senators and Governors not Congressmen as the former traditionally are a lot more independent than the latter.
In other words, Trump IS the leader of the Republican Party.
That's not really how the public views it.

Hang on, Rand. Are you saying elected Republicans don't consider Trump the leader of their party?

You know the best way to deflate conspiracy theorists is to actually put more information out there.

Unless he stated something factually wrong I'm not sure what the issue is. A lot of other Americans are curious as well as what was up with this guy. Did he have support from someone? What were his political beliefs? What were his motives? EVERY mass shooting leads to these questions and most of the time all that information is on blast within a week of the event. It didn't happen here and because of this conspiracy theories spawn.
There is a difference between fake and skeptical.
Saying "Terrorists did it, this was a cover-up, 911 inside job raaaah." And saying "Kinda odd how we still don't know any details, seems interesting ISIS took credit for it - could we get some more light on his motives?"
The sad truth is that there is little doubt liberals would hide information from the public about who did it for fear of 'increased bigotry.' At this point there is no real evidence that ISIS or any other Islamic Terrorist faction was behind it - ISIS takes credit for everything and anything. The point is release the info - let people's questions be answered. I see little to no reason why investigators haven't pushed some plausible theories backed by evidence they found. Normally these crazies leave a trail. When the silence is deafening you get people putting their own theories out instead.
This is some seriously hardcore projecting. Shit, we just went over how conservatives hide info in the rape kit thread. Between this thread and the "I'm not racist, buuuuut" replies in the other thread last night I can only assume you were posting under the influence.
EDIT: To clarify, your positions aren't surprising, but you usually aren't this stupid when trying to "discuss" them.

Or heck abroad you'll have Middle Eastern terrorists described as "Asian."
Every time you post something like this, it makes you look a little more dumb. It's not useful to report a suspect's race unless you can verify that information and can provide other useful identifying information. The Mail has no journalistic standards and is therefore not above providing false, unverified and/or useless information. The claim that not providing uncorroborated info about his race let him evade capture is not only wrong but stupidly wrong. How do you think "black male in a hoodie" is supposed to help members of the public identify him? If anything, it'll help him evade capture as the police gets random tips about unrelated black men in hoodies.
This article doesn't lend any support to your previous and shamefully stupid conspiracy theory. Your conspiracy theory is essentially that officials--FBI, DHS etc--are covering up the Vegas shooter's ISIS affiliations in order to avoid triggering racists. Does this story show officials covering up such info for similar reasons? No, it shows the police identifying a suspect.

Not breaking any rules per se, but how shameless do you have to be to brag about this kind of behavior?

Reading older posts, I miss Citizen Kane! He was abrasive and obnoxious but smart and well spoken.
If he hadn't been banned, I'd be interested in how his mother (who had Parkinson's Disease) could afford her medical care without government regulations or subsidies. But maybe she lived in Canada, which would put Kane's US freeedom and liberty ideology into question.

BUMP.
Today's Republican Party is...totally fucked up. You don't have to read this thread from the OP to know that's true -- just look at the hundreds of GOP congressional members that signed onto Texas AG's lawsuit questioning the "veracity" of Biden's 2020 win...or their unwillingness to admit that Biden is president-elect.
Today's Republican party is dominated by Retrumplicans, Trumpists, Trumpuppets, whatever you want to call them. They're driving one of our two major political parties into the fringe, because they're afraid of their fringe base. This isn't just unacceptable but weird. Thru the looking glass weird.
They'd rather protect their party than the country....and still want to stoke "loyalty" for Trump even tho he's failed on so many levels, and isn't really a Republican (let alone a conservative). They're going to pump conspiracy theories and lie to their supporters?
WTF is happening? How can this propaganda be continued for so long, and why do 70 million Trump voters believe this con game??
