He was restricted to 2 in ACC, and he posted his intermittent paranoid rantings within those 2 threads happily enough. Both threads were along the same theme however so 1 thread is enough.

One thread for Kat was always the rule - don't see any reason to change that.
EDIT: Ooh, that means I've just had to make my first telling off of somebody as a moderator in this forum and if he continues will actually have to close threads. Was expecting it to take longer before that was necessary.
