It's on the left for me...
Have you tried changing your theme in your User CP?
How do you expect to run with the wolves at night when you spend all day sparring with the puppies?

Once we decide on the base styles to use, I can switch any of them to have avatars on the left. I'm just too lazy to do the work before I know it'll stick.
