Thread: New thread, text loss

  1. #1

    Default New thread, text loss

Spent a good while creating a new thread in D&D, formatting it and preparing it.

It Auto-saved just before I pressed submit.

On pressing submit, an error message appeared (Could not be submitted due to security token missing - or something similar)

    All text lost.

I'm loathe to go and re-write and reformat the whole bloody thing.

Can I get the auto-save back? How?

I've never played with it on a new thread. Can you go to create a new thread and see if the "auto-saved content" appears in the lower left?

Nah. Nada. Tried that pretty much straight away.

Oh well. Will do again tomorrow when I can be arsed.

    Cheers.

I noticed the Auto-Save feature layers itself (multiple images of Auto-Save piled on top of one another). I've lost text when creating a thread, too. It just reverts back to main forum, as if nothing I'd typed was recognized or saved. I figured it was something wrong on my end, or that I type too much/too fast on a Mac....
