Actually, it is. It was some code I put in for papers who like to sue random small sites who post their articles. It's there to make it more obvious when someone tries to use their stuff, and to make it more difficult for them to discover any indiscretions. Please find a different source, those guys are assholes.

I remember that, they were using sort of copyright equivalent of an ambulance chaser.
