The guitar guy on the left made me think of Neil Young. Ya know, from Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young? Camera editors decided to show the guy on the right more, with his piercings and funky hair. But I wanted to see more the guy on the left, especially his eyes.
Not that Gabriella wasn't nice to look at and listen to!
Neil Young - Harvest was one of the earliest albums I got my hands on as a kid - not sure how I got it now though...and it was a cassette, not a cd!

Fuck! Who wants to help me search a singer? From the 80s, a lovely looking woman with long blonde hair and a heavenly voice, never made it to main stream, but she sang a sort of sexy jazz skat type of thing. Her name was either Zouzou or Zazou. But I can't find her.
Heh, I may have actually posted this one on another Melissa sort of day, but I'm sure you'll all get over it if I did.

I am still listening to Frou Frou, even though they only made one album.
I enjoy blank walls.
Refused - The Shape of Punk to come (on vinyl!) finally arrived so I am listening to that
Keep on keepin' the beat alive!
I'll keep you my dirty little secret

What do you guys think of this singer? I think her voice is just absolutely mesmerizing
Sorry but this reminds me of a few old fella's I know and respect and after the conversation I had today with an old digger this song just kept bugging me at the back of my mind...
Such is Life...
One of the best music videos I've seen in quite a while.
Also this, for no particularly good reason.
Nice, I like the Black Keys.

yay I found the music thread, I lost it there for a minute.
Oooh I remember waiting for MTV to play those Madonna songs!
Ok I need some help here. Who can tell me which one is Michael McDonald
Or wasn't he in the original Doobie Brothers?
My first crush ever was on Madonna. I remember sitting at a babysitter's house with her teen magazine staring at her for hours.
My stepdad bought me the coffee table book, too. Odd memory to have suddenly come up - I don't have it anymore, though.

She had a lot of Marilyn Monroe, a touch of Mae West, plus a little Ginger Rogers. I love how she named all the great female Hollywood (well, she never named Esther Williams but I can see it). Moving along to Lady Gaga!
Why don't you have the coffee table book anymore, lolli?
No clue, really. I can't even remember when it disappeared.
