While I have no doubt that the quoted president is full of shit, I don't really understand the connection between two sections of Corinthians that are a good half dozen chapters apart. Should I object to a reading from Huck Finn because elsewhere in the book they use the n word? Not an NT scholar, but guessing there is little to no connection between the two passages.
