Nadya Suleman's octuplets have brought her plenty of fame but apparently not fortune.

The mortgage holder on the home where Suleman lives with her 14 children says it's in default on a $450,000 balloon payment. Amer Haddadin says he will file foreclosure papers within days if he doesn't get paid.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals will give her $5,000 if it can put a sign in her front yard reading, "Don't Let Your Dog or Cat Become an Octomom. Always Spay or Neuter."

Suleman's lawyer says she has accepted Peta's offer.
I'm sure releasing this gets her all the money she needs to stay in her home.
