"A faction of the Pakistani Taliban has said it carried out a suicide bombing that killed at least 70 people at a hospital in the city of Quetta.
The attacker targeted a crowd that had gathered as the body of a prominent lawyer murdered earlier on Monday, Bilal Kasi, was being brought in.
Lawyers and journalists were among the dead. About 120 people were injured.
The Taliban faction, Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, said it was behind both the hospital attack and the killing of Mr Kasi."

Attacking a hospital, I'm not sure if Islamic terrorists have any level they won't stoop to. Much more attention is focused on terrorism in the West, for legitimate reasons too. Terrorism in the Middle East is so common that it hardly newsworthy anymore. It is a helpful reminder that this is what the terrorist will do in Europe and in America if given a chance. Bombing hospitals.

Deliberately targeted or collateral damage? There is a difference in say the bombing of Germany during WWII and the suicide bombing of a hospital targeting civilians.

The hospitals were probably treating rebels along with civilians. Take that as you will.

America has also bombed "hospitals" before.

America bombed one and acknowledged it was a mistake. Russia keeps on bombing them and insists there's nothing wrong with doing so. The Russian rules for engagement are far laxer, and that's not even mentioning the dumb missiles and cluster bombs Russia insists on using.
