That was a masterclass in stupidity.

The second amendment is not "just as valued and important" as the first. You are much more likely to see legal restrictions on purported 2nd amendment issues than on 1st amendment ones, for both regular people as well as for criminals. It is and has historically been de facto less valued and less important, with minor exceptions.

Your claim that cities "with the most gun control tend to have high murder rates" is unproven—it would require high quality data adjusted for relevant causal variables—but, even if it were true, it would not be compelling; the question is what their murder rates would look like without gun control, as well as what they'd look like if they weren't close to states with lax gun control.

The claim that "the political will for gun control is shrinking" is unfounded:

The claim that "even people on the left are getting armed due to the rioting" is presented without evidence and smacks of bullshit. I would guess that a vanishingly small number of people "on the left" are "getting armed due to the rioting".

To be honest, prior to the riots, the most lethal weapon I owned was a battery powered circular saw. Since the riots I have added a battery powered pole saw to the arsenal because, well, I just don't want to get that close.

Aimless did you just cite a bunch of data collected prior to the riots? As to the importance of the 1A or 2A that wasn't about people's feelings that was about the actual law of the land, the constitution. Without a constitutional amendment the right to bear arms shall not be infringed.

Lewkowski, did you just fail to cite any relevant high quality data collected ever?

There are and have historically been far more—and far more commonly imposed—restrictions on guns than on expression. That is a fact about the law of the land. Your feelings about the relative importance and value of the two amendments are not particularly convincing.

At least four other challenge coins listed online and bearing 67th Precinct markings also feature the “Fort Jah” nickname. Two of those other coins also feature racist imagery, like a depiction of a black man with dreadlocks being “hunted” by white police officers, along with a quote from Ernest Hemingway celebrating the “hunting of man.” One example features an image of an eagle holding a skull with dreadlocks.

Was she part of the drug operation?

  11. #1301
No. The image is of a draft that was never released (it's outrageous that they even considered trying it). It concerns arrests that occurred over a month after she was killed. The deal that was offered was rejected, and the fuckwit whose office tried to pull this shit to cover for their incompetent cop buddies has had to recuse himself from the investigation of her killing.

You left out the first part about a well regulated Militia.

You're not kidding anyone, Lewk. You don't understand the BLM movement because you refuse to admit that systemic/institutional racism is real. Which is weird since you talk about the failures of government all the time -- but mostly for deconstructing the administrative state or The Deep State ala Bannon style, or the cultural changes that make white hetero males feel aggrieved, as if *they* are the REAL victims.

Its a judge's job to permit the warrant and ensure there is probable cause. If the warrant request says simply the judge should trust the officer's "training and experience" the judge should say "no, where is the probable cause"? No probable cause, no warrant.

Incompetent American cops kill black man having a mental health crisis. Because killing is all they know.

Competent police officers give violent criminal opportunity to drop weapon but violent criminal advances on police with knife in hand and gets dealt with. Meanwhile Philly decides to riot and loot because looting stores that had already been looted is just *great* for building up a community!

Court records also reveal Wallace’s extensive criminal history.

He was arrested in March after he allegedly threatened his child’s mother over the phone, saying “I’ll shoot you and that house up.”

In 2019, he was charged with resisting arrest by “kicking the windows and door panels of a police patrol car.”

In 2016, during a robbery, he allegedly grabbed a woman by the neck and held what she believed to be a gun to her head, according to court records.

In 2013, Wallace’s mother had a protective order against him which he allegedly violated when he “threw water in her face and punched her in the face” and “threatened to return and shoot” her, according to court records.

What an absolute piece of shit. That's your martyr? BLM is a joke.

Yes, you are pro-death on almost every issue that matters. Even anti-abortion is wrong since you don't want to deal with the factors that lead to abortion (like poverty). Anti-women is probably closest to reality.

There is nothing hypocritical about wanting innocent life spared while supporting the deaths of monsters.

Lewk, you're an incompetent fucking moron, so I don't expect you to understand when other people are being stupid and incompetent. This man was experiencing something that should've been dealt with by people trained in dealing with psychiatric emergencies—not by poorly trained dogs who walk on their hind legs.
