Thread: Happy now BLM?

  1. #811
they do it to all sorts. Yeah, they disrupted the Black Panthers, and yeah everyone expected them to go after BLM too, but they go after stupid shit as well. There was a rally the other week for ICP because the FBI has labeled them a gang and that means a lot of trouble for a lot of innocent people. More people went to the ICP rally than the Trump rally that was held in the same city on the same day.

22 months for destroying the lives of at least 15 men:

    Just a few bad apples.

Imprisoned 8 years before his case finally got tossed:

You are absolutely right, this shit shouldn't be tolerated. They should been serving a whole hell of a lot longer than 22 months. Sadly it is people like you who tend to be the *first* to bitch about 'truth in sentencing' laws or significant punishments for crime. It also wouldn't surprise me to see the police union probably backed these guys at one point too. Who else here thinks public sector unions aren't a good thing?

Cops allegedly attempted to intimidate--at a hospital--a young woman who was allegedly raped by other cops.

Husband, father of two children, non-violent, murdered by an incompetent asshole of a cop who's acquitted.

I'm sorry but at this point there's not much left to say but "fuck America".

Horrible situation. However what exactly did you want police to do?

"Deputies eventually found her hiding in a closet at a house in the 11200 block of FM 1518, at which point she showed a gun and threatened to shoot a deputy, Salazar said."

"The woman eventually ran to the mobile home park, where two residents who crossed her path reported that she physically threatened them, Salazar said. The pilot of a Texas Department of Public Safety helicopter circling overhead also reported the woman reached for her waistband several times, indicating she may be armed, the sheriff said."

This is why we need zero tolerance for suspect who flee. If we had mandatory 5 year prison sentences with no possibility of parole until that sentence is complete and must always be done consecutively and not concurrently it would send a message to criminals that fleeing the police never pays off. Instead we get a situation where suspects run because we don't take fleeing form the police seriously. As a result an innocent child died.

The only good part of this story is that the criminal is dead and her evil depravity will no longer harm others.

Chuck these reckless cops into prison and I guarantee their peers will take their responsibility a little more seriously.

What did the cops do that was reckless? They were put in an impossible situation by an armed and dangerous criminal.

Maybe if not every criminal had firearms then this wouldn't be necessary.

Yeah from this little information you can't say they were reckless or not. I thought you objected to Lewk regularly calling people guilty without facts, Aimless?

I'd be less suspicious if there was actual evidence of a gun rather than the police claiming it. We've seen police invent such claims, both preemptively and after the fact, to try and cover their asses in the past.

Dispatch tells the police there is an armed robbery.

Potential suspect is not following all commands promptly.

Police realize the situation with the headphones, cuff him and they are removed.

    Suspect is detained.

According to the guy, the officer was cool with his picture being taken.

    No one gets shot.

And you're still mad? This actually had a happy ending despite multiple items that made tragedy more likely.

  25. #835
Because tragedy shouldn't have been the least bit plausible at all. Because we should not have to go through our lives in fear that we may be wrongfully shot by the police and rehearsing how to act to try and avert that happening!

Do you know what armed robber means? The police are going to trust dispatch. Someone fucked up. You want police to approach without weapons drawn on someone doing an armed robbery?

  27. #837
The 911 call should be recorded and should show if the clerk who called in the "robbery" did indeed report it as an "armed robbery".

It's fine as long as it's an issue that mostly affects people who look very different to Lewk.

People call cops pigs but I sometimes wonder if they might actually be dogs:
