When do you go to bed?

A while back my chronic insomnia took a turn for the worse and I exacerbated the problem by staying up easy, WAY too late reading and writing at my computer--and, of course, browsing forums. I've noticed that some of you guys are here at surprising times, either very late or very early. What hours do you keep? Would you like to change your schedule?

I try to keep 8 hours a night, so bed at 11 to wake up at 7.don't always make it though

i'm usually in bed between 11-8. i'm here multiple times an hour while working 9-6 and randomly when not working.

I go to sleep typically between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM depending on a lot of things.

Usually go to sleep just past 1 AM on worknights. 3-4 AM otherwise.

In bed 10:30 -11 generally. Read for 30 mins.
Wake between 3am and 5am generally.

Work is split between office and home 2-3 days per week.
Get up at 6:15 on office days, sometimes earlier.
Get up anywhere between 3am and 9am on home work days.

So I probably average a little over 5 hours sleep a night throughout the week. I'm generally tired and need more sleep but it doesn't come to me.

I typically go to bed around one, sleep around 2 then
wake up around 9 unless I set the alarm. In weekends I sleep later.

Between midnight and 2am most nights. Lately, it's been around 3-4 am though.
