I put that in the WTF thread. They deserve every lawsuit thats slung at them over this. Their excuse that their customers are too stupid to understand how batteries degrade is ridiculous. They turned what could have been a profitable battery recycling/replacement program into a game of forced obsolescence trying to sell the latest phone. Fuck em.

Man, that's an ouchie. I'm also peeved that this could have been a great opportunity to have a real battery/phone recycling program developed.
