    Default Y'all forgetting something CNN...

"Washigton (CNN)The US Capitol Police announced Wednesday that they had arrested a suspect for allegedly "doxing" -- a form of publishing private identifying information online -- lawmakers during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing last week.

"Earlier today, the United States Capitol Police (USCP) arrested the Suspect who allegedly posted private, identifying information (doxing) about one or more United States Senators to the internet," said Eva Malecki, communications director for Capitol Police, in a statement.
According to the statement, the Capitol Police arrested 27-year-old Jackson Cosko of Washington on Wednesday.
Cosko has been charged with making restricted personal information public, making threats in interstate commerce, unauthorized access of a government computer, identity theft and obstruction of justice/witness tampering, according to the US Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia. He's also facing charges of second-degree burglary and unlawful entry for incidents in Washington."

SMH... CNN is such a joke.

Good grief it even gets worse.

"According to Bell's statement, Cosko is alleged to have been confronted by the staffer and then walked out. The staffer then called police. Hours later the witness received an email from "livefreeorpwn@gmail.com" saying: “If you tell anyone I will leak it all. Emails signal conversations gmails. Senators children’s health information and socials.”"

Man I hope make an example out of him. There's a laundry list of charges hopefully they can all be served consecutively.

Could it be that CNN took an extra day to verify that info?

The maximum prison time total for the five federal offenses is 33 years, with the Washington offenses carrying a maximum of 15 years for second-degree burglary and another six months for unlawful entry.

Cosko will be back in court Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. for a detention hearing.

    *****

I doubt he'll get the maximum sentence. But a man can dream. This little bitch needs his life destroyed.

"Cosko was arrested Oct. 3, one day after a staffer discovered him working on a computer in Hassan's Capitol Hill office, where Cosko was not authorized to be. According to a Capitol Police officer's affidavit, Cosko threatened the staffer who confronted him in an email message in which he threatened to leak emails, information about the health of senators' children and their Social Security numbers.

In denying Cosko bail, U.S. Magistrate Judge Deborah Robinson said prosecutors had shown that no conditions could ensure the community's safety if the suspect was released.

Cosko has been charged with several federal and local crimes in the District of Columbia, including making public restricted personal information; threatening a witness; unlawfully accessing a government computer and burglary of a senatorial office. He pleaded not guilty in court Tuesday.

A trial date for Cosko has not yet been set."

Some awesome news. I'm giddy at the thought of him not having a day of freedom for the next 10 years.

This thread has been discredited. And yet you move on like nothing happened. I see Trumpism is not only an ideology but also a debate strategy.

CNN didn't relay that the guy worked for Democrats. And ultimately it seemed silly to create another thread to celebrate this shit-head being denied bail. But since we are on the subject how many years of prison do you this turd deserves?

Court documents accuse Davis of aiding 27-year-old Jackson A. Cosko, a former Hassan aide who has pleaded guilty to five federal offenses, including two counts of making public restricted personal information, and one count each of computer fraud, witness tampering and obstruction of justice.

Prosecutors alleged Wednesday that Davis was persuaded by Cosko to "wipe down" Senate computers he had hacked. Davis now faces two misdemeanor charges: one federal count of aiding and abetting computer fraud and a District count of attempted evidence tampering, the Washington Post reported.

Also on Wednesday, Cosko was sentenced to four years in prison in the scheme, and was required to turn over the cell phones, computers, and other equipment he used.

Don't drop the soap. Oh and Kavanaugh still made it onto the Supreme Court and will likely be on there for decades. Rekt.
