I'd take the libertarian approach and suggest government not care about gender at all. Quit worrying about Title IX by having co-ed only leagues. Quit worrying about if a M2F should be in a male prison or a female prison and just create a co-ed ones. That solves any concern about discrimination.Originally Posted by Aimless
Perhaps this is another area where regulatory dictat has pushed the culture too far. I mean, unlike gay rights, the trans movement seems to not even trying to litigate through the courts. I'd rather have a legislative direction to this. Or maybe even a legislative elimination of gender!
