The DOJ, under Barr, tried to use a secret grand jury subpoena to unmask an account parodying Devin Nunes. A week after Garland took over, they dropped the matter. Lots of weird stuff in this story, see thread and article as well as ongoing commentary. One of the weirder/more concerning parts is that there's some indication USCP may have been tricked/pressured into doing Nunes's dirty work via the DOJ.
