    Default Maddness

    https://www.nydailynews.com/new-york...ige-story.html

"Victor Martinez Medina chased the America dream from Mexico to Manhattan, only to walk into a nightmare.

Medina, 40, was knocked out cold as he and his 22-year-old daughter were pounded and pelted with beer bottles by half a dozen people in a savage Washington Heights bodega beatdown captured on security video, police said."

If Trump team was smart (sadly probably not) this video should be replayed over and over as a Trump campaign ad. This is Blue State Madness that the left endorses with their soft on crime and defund the police nonsense. They put criminals on the streets, push for no bail, push for lesser sentences. Every one of these who monsters deserve long life altering prison sentences.

Wait, so where was the fully funded police? NYPD is funded to the tune of $10.9 billion/year.

Ask the mayor who disbanded certain specialized anti-crime units. He's also got several of them guarding a political mural.

do you think that, normally, the police would burst in and stop crimes like this while they're in progress?

is that a thing that you think?

Typically no unless they are right there. However the criminal element has gotten very bold due to a variety of things made worse by Democratic leadership. Releasing prisoners from jail. "Bail reform" (ie criminals back on the streets). Not pushing for appropriate charges. Police are also stretched thinner due to having to police large mobs. Not to mention the backlog of cases of criminal activity for almost 60 days now. They are still looking for folks from the May 30th riots.

    Why?

Maybe they should be looking to expel anyone that shows the slightest hint of racism so there won't be future protests, instead of 'looking for folks' from months ago? Just an idea.

Are you suggesting people who commit violent crimes shouldn't be hunted down?

If the violent crime was graffiti months ago then yes.

If the violent crime was shooting an unarmed person then no.

Violent crimes such as abduction and false imprisonment, like those perpetrated by the feds in Portland?

They had probable cause, was in the area where a federal crime occurred and matched description. Tell me do you also think that lineup roundups are false imprisonment and abduction?

    Yeah let's narrow that down.

    Thoughts on the following:

    Arson?
    Assault?
    Robbery?

If there's evidence then act but if there's not its time to move on.

None of them are as important as dealing with the thuggery of the Police.

Are we still talking about the "van incident"? Cause the whitehouse themselves said that the abducted did not match the description of the suspect, the agents knew that the abducted did not commit a crime, and that there was no probable cause. The only thing they had was that the abducted person was in the area.

This is demonstrably untrue wrt the filmed incident involving the man who was dragged into a van—by the govt's own admission. The ones who dragged him into the van did not have probable cause, and they certainly did not have any right to drag him into a van and drag him off to the courthouse. It was an illegal arrest that constituted a clear violation of his rights—again, based on the information the govt. provided later on.

Do you believe foils used in lineups are procured by cops kidnapping people off the street without probable cause and without identifying either themselves or the charges? Are you truly this fucking stupid?

They didn't have probable cause. They KNEW he wasn't someone who had committed a crime, they just thought he, or someone who matched his description, might know something about someone who did. Which is not a crime and is not grounds for being detained.
