This is one of the most influential news sources in the US giving airtime to an absolutely insane and very dangerous conspiracy theory, "balancing" it with another conspiracy theory and giving both the imprimatur of legitimacy in the process.

It doesn't really matter if Twitter bans Q'anon. The horse is already out of the barn. Facebook groups and other social media can just re-post the de-bunked (and deleted) conspiracy theories. Freeeedom of Speech means Fox News and Sinclair can broadcast lies, and the FCC won't do a damn thing about it, because the right-wing/alt-right screams about censorship. USA #1!
What's the point in having "truth in advertising" laws with crap like this?
Maybe Denial is our strongest principle? We still celebrate Columbus as "discovering" land that was already inhabited, so.....
