If there had been a "good guy with a gun" they could have shot Kyle there and then and there would have been no need for a trial.
So I went back and read the thread. Found this little gem.
Great analysis sir. You failed to foresee the crazy right who cannot swallow the result and crazy lawyers who talk bollocks and a sleazeball president who scams his support for donations to fund those crazy court cases, funds which actually end up in the pocket of said corrupt sleazeball. You forgot to foresee death threats from crazy lawyers towards the ex cyber security chief for telling the truth. Is that the climate of fear you were predicting?
And all this while a pandemic spirals out of control which kills thousands of Americans each day and is completely ignored in favour of the Scam.

You are steeping into full blown retardation now RB.

"Mark Richards, an attorney for Rittenhouse, filed a response to the motion and provided NBC News with a copy Wednesday evening. According to the motion, Rittenhouse was moved to an undisclosed safe house by his previous defense attorney, John Pierce, after the teenager received numerous threats.
"While completing paperwork related to Kyle’s release, Attorney Pierce was directly informed by a high-ranking member of the Kenosha Police Department not to provide the address of the Rittenhouse Safe House because of the numerous threats made against Kyle and his family," the response said."
And...
"The motion asks the court to issue a warrant for Rittenhouse's arrest and to increase his bond by $200,000. It also asks the court to order Rittenhouse to update his address immediately.
Rittenhouse's defense team said they contacted an assistant district attorney in November to discuss providing a new address, if the prosecutors agreed to a sealed filing, but the Kenosha district attorney's office refused, Richards' response said."
This is a pollical prosecution. At the end of the day anyone who saw the convicted child rapist chase Kyle through the streets and into a parking lot would agree that Kyle acted in self defense. I can only assume the people who are upset with the death of Rosenbaum harbor some strange kinship with child rapists and are upset that one of their own was gunned downed when attempting to attack a minor.

KENOSHA, Wis. —
A Kenosha County judge has denied two motions from prosecutors to issue an arrest warrant for Kyle Rittenhouse and raise his bail.
Rittenhouse, now 18, appeared virtually before a judge Thursday afternoon.
Prosecutors said he violated the terms of his bail by not registering his current address with the court.
"We've got a bond violation here," District Attorney Thomas Binger said. "There's no dispute about that. The defense has acknowledged that. They've acknowledged that they've failed to update the court within 48 hours, he moved a couple of months ago."
He asked the judge to issue an arrest warrant and increase Rittenhouse's bail by $200,000.
The judge denied those motions.
"Most people out on bond, we don't know where they are," Judge Bruce Schroeder said. "To issue a warrant now for a defendant who has appeared at every hearing, that would be breaking the law, and I'm not going to do it."
He did require Rittenhouse to register his current address with the court, but it will be kept under seal.
Binger asked the judge to allow his office access to Rittenhouse's address.
"It has nothing to do with you," Schroeder told Binger.
His defense attorney said Rittenhouse and his family were staying in a safe house after receiving death threats.
Mark Richards provided the court with a P.O. Box where Rittenhouse receives mail.
"We've provided the threats," Richards said. "All it takes is one crackpot and there's a problem. My client has appeared for every court appearance. He has done what he is supposed to do."
Binger told the court that P.O. Box was not located in Wisconsin or Illinois.
He argued the Kenosha County Sheriff cannot track Rittenhouse because he does not live in the county.
"What consequence is there going to be for this? Are we just going to turn a blind eye to this and let this go by?" Binger asked the court.
Binger said it was highly irregular for the court not to share a defendant's address with his office.
Richards admitted he failed to update Rittenhouse's address and said it would be shared with the judge by the end of the day.
"My client will appear," Richards said. "He looks forward to litigating these offenses in your honor's courtroom. We have nothing to fear. The truth will set my client free."
Attorney Kimberley Motley, who represents the shooting victims, asked the judge to place Rittenhouse on electronic monitoring.
That was also not granted.
Rittenhouse was released on $2 million cash bail last year.
He was charged with several felonies, including first-degree intentional homicide.
Prosecutors said Rittenhouse shot three men during protests after the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
Two of those men died.
Rittenhouse has claimed the shooting was in self-defense.
If convicted, he faces up to life in prison.
A jury trial is scheduled to begin next month."

Talk about sketch. Why is Binger so obsessed with getting Kyle's address? Kyle has shown up to every court hearing, has now provided the judge his address (which is under seal). What's the dude's creepy obsession?
Good decision by the judge.
Would not be accepted if defendant were not white.
"One day, we shall die. All the other days, we shall live."

https://www.houstonchronicle.com/new...e-15556380.php
Took me 30 seconds to pull that. Oh and he committed that crime while out on bail.
"A Houston man with six felony convictions is out on bond after being charged with murder this summer while on bail for three other felony offenses, according to Harris County court records.
Since posting $150,000 bail on the murder charge alone, Vernon Menifee now faces another felony charge of burglary and posted $50,000 bail in that case as well. Menifee had open cases of felon in possession of a firearm, engaging in organized criminal activity and burglary of a building when he was accused in the April 27 fatal shooting and robbery of Guy Anthony Owen Allen.
Prior to his latest charges, Menifee had been convicted between 2013 and 2018 of evading arrest, unauthorized use of a vehicle, burglary of a building, aggravated assault of a family member, felon in possession of weapon, and attempted possession of a firearm, all felonies."
Meanwhile Kyle had a bail amount set over 10x the amount, has no criminal history, has ties to the community (family) turned himself into the police and has attended every court hearing.
He posted bail, and will likely be found not guilty of the most serious crimes. He isn't a flight risk. Has no criminal history. Has never fired his gun at someone who wasn't blatantly attacking him. The only reason to revoke his bond is purely punitive for someone who hasn't been convicted for anything. And the white supremacy charge is complete bullshit.
All those riots and it turned out the shooting was 100% justified.
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/...return-to-duty
A white police officer from Wisconsin who was investigated and cleared for shooting and injuring a black man during a domestic dispute has returned from administrative leave, officials said on Tuesday.
Officer Rusten Sheskey was not charged in the August 2020 incident that left Jacob Blake Jr paralyzed from the waist down. Sheskey shot Blake seven times while Blake was about to get into an SUV.
Kenosha’s police chief, Daniel Miskinis, said in a release that Sheskey returned to duty on 31 March. The release said Sheskey was found to have been acting within policy and will not be disciplined.
“Although this incident has been reviewed at multiple levels, I know that some will not be pleased with the outcome; however, given the facts, the only lawful and appropriate decision was made,” Miskinis said in the statement.
It's almost as if that's the conclusion drawn in 90% of incidents when the police clearly is to blame.

"When dealing with people armed with lethal weapons and actively resisting, the police should..." actually what do you want done in that scenario? Let the out of control psychopath who illegally violated a court order not to see his rape victim get into a vehicle with kids who may or may not be his?
Let's here it Loki. What should the proper policing procedure be for someone armed with a lethal weapon and not dropping it while within striking distance of officers and potential bystanders?

Tulsi continues to prove one of the rare voices of reason from the Democratic party.
"The prosecutor in the Rittenhouse trial clearly didn’t do due diligence before making the decision to prosecute. This tragedy never would have happened if the government carried out its responsibilities to protect the safety, lives and property of innocent people."
Yeah, if the police had addressed him earlier on instead of encouraging his half baked vigilantalism the night could have gone a lot differently.
But man is the trial a clusterfuck, never seen a judge so obviously compromised. Dude interrupted the trial when his cellphone rang and started playing Trump's theme song . And oh man, the labels that court has allowed! This is why CRT is so important, not that Lewk is able to comprehend such matters.
"In a field where an overlooked bug could cost millions, you want people who will speak their minds, even if they’re sometimes obnoxious about it."
In 2002, after redistricting, Gabbard won the four-candidate Democratic primary with a plurality of 48% of the vote. Gabbard then won the general election with 65% of the vote, defeating Republican Alfonso Jimenez.[76] At the age of 21, Gabbard became the youngest legislator ever elected in Hawaii's history, and was at the time the youngest woman ever elected to a U.S. state legislature.[50][51]
n early 2011, Mazie Hirono, the incumbent Democratic U.S. Representative for Hawaii's 2nd congressional district, announced that she would run for the United States Senate. In May 2011, Gabbard announced her candidacy for Hirono's House seat.[91] The Democratic Mayor of Honolulu, Mufi Hannemann, was the best-known candidate in the six-way primary, but Gabbard won with 62,882 votes (55%); the Honolulu Star-Advertiser called her win an "improbable rise from a distant underdog to victory."[92] After winning the primary, Gabbard resigned from the City Council on August 16 "in order to focus on her congressional campaign"[93] and to prevent the cost of holding a special election.[94][95]
As the Democratic nominee, Gabbard spoke at the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, at the invitation of House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, who called Gabbard "an emerging star."[96][97] As expected in heavily Democratic Hawaii, she won the general election on November 6, 2012, defeating Republican Kawika Crowley by 168,503 to 40,707 votes (80.6%–19.4%),[98] becoming the first voting Samoan-American[99][100] and first Hindu member of Congress.[101][102]
In December 2012, Gabbard applied to be considered for appointment to the U.S. Senate seat vacated by the death of Daniel Inouye.[103] Despite support from some prominent mainland Democrats,[104][105] she was not on the list of three candidates which the Democratic Party of Hawaii sent to the governor.[106]
In March 2013, Gabbard introduced the "Helping Heroes Fly Act", which sought to improve airport security screenings for severely wounded veterans. It passed Congress and was signed into law by President Barack Obama.[107][108][109] She also introduced the house version of the Military Justice Improvement Act.[110][111][112]
Gabbard was reelected on November 8, 2014, defeating Crowley again, by 142,010 to 33,630 votes (78.7%–18.6%); Libertarian candidate Joe Kent garnered 4,693 votes (2.6%).[113]
Gabbard was reelected on November 8, 2016, defeating Republican nominee Angela Kaaihue by 170,848 to 39,668 votes (81.2%–18.8%).[120]
Gabbard was reelected in November 2018,[124] defeating Republican nominee Brian Evans by 153,271 to 44,850 votes (77.4%–22.6%).
So did Trump hold office as a Democrat?

They don't, unless you take the laughable stance that someone is guilty of being a sex offender simply because they are accused of being one. Rosenbaum was found guilty of child rape. Polanski admitted to his crime and fled the country. Kavanagh was a witch hunt with zero evidence outside of inconsistent testimony from a far left activist.
Everything about this country is so dumb and repugnant, I mean look at this fugly-ass chair:

gross
The general Evangelical stance on this is that it doesn't count if you're doing it for God and the girl is just out to get you. Honestly, white US Evangelicals are so fucking fucked up it's unbelievable. Just generation upon generation burdened with layer upon layer of religious trauma. This sort of cultist shit fucks people up, and the cult has the GOP in a firm grip. They'll excuse anything in the name of God, in the name of male exaltation, and in the name of owning the libs—child marriages, sexism and misogyny, abuse of LGBTQ+ youth, and—of course, always—sexual assault.
