    Will someone summarize this for me if we can help Taiwan declare independence, because that's all I want right now

    Depends entirely on whether you're willing to see the world blow up politically and economically.

    Trying to figure out how to interpret it.

    1) Logistics are increasing.
    Maybe not too surprising. High tech requires high maintenance on ground.

    2) The transformation from manned to unmanned autonomous is happening now.

    3) … does this also transform into a more offensive strategy.
    The defensive capacity seems to decrease or are based on holding the borders.

    Since you've been certain for at least the last decade that the Chinese economy is about to implode, maybe wait until that happens?
