Generally agreed, but honest question: are all data centers very noisy? Is this one unique in its shitty cooling system?
All data centres are noisy, but it would normally be mostly hidden from the outside world by sound-proofing techniques. Since Bitcoin miners are after the cheapest electricity possible, spending a bunch extra on sound-mitigation probably doesn't appeal, especially as they move around a lot.
