Default Pound symbol becoming a question mark

Not sure what's going on as never seen this before but in a post I made before the pound symbol was getting replaced with a question mark.

The pound symbol is as far as I know ASCII and I don't recall ever having an issue like that previously, so not sure what was happening there?

    ?20 (20 pounds).

Any time I try to edit my post on a phone, the post gets deleted. And the site is basically unusable on a PC.

It seems unusable on Chrome, on Firefox it seems almost normal.

    ?

I have very little problems with my PC. I don't use Chrome or Edge though.
Last night as I lay in bed, looking up at the stars, I thought, “Where the hell is my ceiling?"

Works fine on chrome and the editor works fine when using the white theme on my phone (chrome for Android). There's an issue with a certificate that you have to tell chrome to ignore, and some rich text editors clash with smartphone keyboards so you may have to switch to the other editor.

Mine basically doesn't load this site's pages correctly on either Chrome or Edge. I'll check Firefox later.

Phone browser is ok minus not being able to edit posts...

Chrome defaults to https:// Gotta take out the "s" in https:// and it looks normal. But only on desktop.

If I take the s out on Chrome, nothing changes and it just seems to put the s back in automatically. Guessing a setting needs changing?

    Firefox works though.
