    At least some of them communicated with each other acknowledging that they were likely getting the money from Russia.

    I maybe have a more benign view of social media influencer content/ad networks. Usually the influencers came first. I've only heard of Tim Pool and Lauren Southern but they've been around for a while.

    I'm not saying they have or deserve credibility, but the guilt-by-association thing doesn't pass muster for me.

    They were getting $100k per week. That is not standard compensation for their level of "fame"/skill and they very well knew that.

    Guilt by association? They were getting paid absurd sums by a foreign hostile power to further that power's specific goals wrt your country. That's not guilt by association, it's just good ol' guilt by guilt.
