Anyone mentioned CP, CPA or AP classes yet? That's a huge "scheme" around my parts. Our high school has CP and CPA classes, but only recently added a couple of AP classes. Mostly math or science. If kids want to "pursue" AP classes, they have to sign up and pay for classes in other districts. Or take college courses at our state university extensions, while in HS. Totally crap politics of education, as far as I'm concerned.
