My brain isn't working, I tried to decide if it was a really large coin or a very very small scifi/fantasy novel and decided the US have a few really large coins for some reason.

My Mother-in-law has a dollhouse and has a few tiny magazines; the covers look just like their normal size counterparts (People, Better Homes and Gardens). So someone probably shrunk the original cover print to fit a very small wood block, and voila! You have Atlas Shrugged in your dollhouse's library room. Why your doll is reading such things instead of cooking in the kitchen is a whole other question, though.....

Eight Ferraris, a Lamborghini and two Mercedes worth a total of at least $1m (£639,000) were involved in the crash on the Chugoku expressway in Shimonoseki, south-western Japan.
