The US has millions of four and five year olds still wearing diapers, which precluded them from entering Kindergarten or first grade. The diaper industry created water-proof underpants and daytime "Pull-Ups" specifically for those kids. They even have extra large sizes for older kids (6-9 year olds) with nocturnal incontinence (aka bed-wetting).Even so, until what age do people wear diapers where you live?
