I don't think there are any states where it's actually impossible but I don't think you're being that literal and are instead meaning "not reasonably" possible with "reasonably" being understood as a fairly subjective standard. Prior performance requirements range from 1-5% of the vote in a particular race, with Oklahoma as the only outlier at 10%.
