    Default Merry Christmas

I wish everyone a merry Christmas. Even I am not Christian in the real sense and many here never have been I wish everyone a nice holiday in the purest sense of Christmas, to remember our closest and most loved ones. And also to celebrate that days get longer again

I know some will have to wait till tomorrow but over here Christmas Eve is the date we celebrate.

    Happy merry Christmas.

    Merry Christmas to you too!

For me Christmas is about family and friends; we aren't religious either so for us it is a time of good food, good people, and good times. Enjoy!

I will be spending the day at an orphanage telling kids there's no Santa.

In the future, the Berlin wall will be a mile high, and made of steel. You too will be made to crawl, to lick children's blood from jackboots. There will be no creativity, only productivity. Instead of love there will be fear and distrust, instead of surrender there will be submission. Contact will be replaced with isolation, and joy with shame. Hope will cease to exist as a concept. The Earth will be covered with steel and concrete. There will be an electronic policeman in every head. Your children will be born in chains, live only to serve, and die in anguish and ignorance.
The universe we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil, no good, nothing but blind, pitiless indifference.

Asked to leave by 10AM. I guess I won't be able to make this into a Christmas tradition.

Now everyone can celebrate that Jesus was born approximately in Mars, 4AD, in Nasaret...
Tomorrow is like an empty canvas that extends endlessly, what should I sketch on it?

Yes, if this first Christmas is any indication of future Christmases I will need a bigger house for all of the stuff my family will be buying Kaitlyn.

But it was really nice, and she did really well despite missing a few naps. She's a good sport; especially if she is the center of attention.

Aw, baby's first Christmas is so sweet! It's more for the parents and family, but still....

(Forewarning about family--they may start now talking about your next baby, hand-me-downs, next Christmas, stuff like that. )

    Merry Christmas everyone!

We had an awesome Christmas, first in our new home, so we hosted it. Cooking Christmas dinner was actually fun, though we could have fed another 2 families with the amount of food leftover I swear. This was just the second Christmas in 29 years of marriage that my mum didn't have to cook so nice for her too .

Got and gave some pretty awesome presents.

Wow, that's a really cool time lapse of the blizzard. Hope everyone in its path made it home okay!

Went sledding at a place known as Suicide Hill. And for good reason, my friend didn't follow my tip and ended up with a bruise pattern in his back for his ribcage from hitting something. But damn that was some fine sledding.

The NBC clip was pretty crazy, too. Sounded like a lot of miserable people stranded in subway cars () and airports.
