    Yep, that is definitely an unconscionable contract of adhesion. Making an inquiry as to exposure even if they gathered that information on their own recognizance constitutes acceptance of binding arbitration? Not a chance in hell.

    I've seen TV ads from Equifax selling a cyber-protection service, so you can know if your "important information" has been compromised.
