This is a developing story with very little useful info available atm. I get the impression $60 million is a pretty huge number in the context of bribes. Either a few people received uncommonly large bribes, or an uncommonly large number of people received normal bribes?
Does anyone know whether this person has played a significant part in blocking important legislation?
