To me Trump shoots from the hip and never apologizes even if he is clearly wrong. While I wouldn't put it past him to lie about something I generally think that *in the moment* he does believe certain things. Unless you want to call egomania a mental illness I don't think he should be classified as such. (Though frankly the dubious term mental illness is starting to frustrate me, it wont' be long before the vast majority of people will be considered to have a mental illness of some sort).
